History

A wedding is a moment out of time. It is a magical interlude of sharing, telling each other important things, and loving each other in front of our whole world. There is intensity in a wedding, there are intimate looks that say a lot, deep, graceful details, stress, suspended moments and precious gestures.

As wedding photographers, it is essential for us to be able to capture all the details of your wedding day… and beyond. It’s essential to capture pictures as beautiful as the moment was to be lived, and to be able to capture emotions as immediately as possible, as imperceptible and fleeting they may be.

We are passionate about our work. We are craftsmen: for us, that means putting our know-how at the service of our bride and groom. This know-how is artistic, creative, and we direct it towards the satisfaction of our customers. Exactly like a goldsmith, a chocolate maker or a coffee roaster … These trades require appropriate, reliable, precise tools. Tools that allow us to go beyond expectations. For a photographer, the lens holds this role. The lens is the path to the picture.

Our customers expect a lot from our photos, and we expect a lot from our equipment. We’ve been entrusting our stories to SIGMA lenses for a few years now, and this new SIGMA 105mm F2.8 DG DN MACRO | Art will add new perspectives in the best possible way.

Rings that are waiting to enter the stage… MACRO photography allows us to make engravings emerge, and thus introduce our loving couple.
A fleeting detail… we can slip in closer and count on the speed and efficiency of the focus and sharpness of the lens.
Entwined beings, vibrating from their love … we can count on a focal length perfectly fitting to portraits, in its full glory.

The sun leans on the scenery… and the soft bokeh of the SIGMA 105mm F2.8 DG DN MACRO | Art sublimates the moment.
As the scenes follow one another, the lens proves to be surprisingly versatile.

Yes, wedding photography is all about capturing what goes on is fast and slower moments, what is sudden and what is expected, what can fit in the palm of a hand or the sublime size of a landscape.

The luminous ambiences follow one another, from half-light to full sunshine, and from the soft lights filtering through the windows to night lights. Within a few hours you need to be a photo reporter, a portrait photographer, a macro photographer…

You have to be ready for anything, at any time, and always getting the best shots… the SIGMA 105mm F2.8 DG DN MACRO | Art will be with us from now on.
This experience with the new105mm F2.8 DG DN Macro allowed us to go beyond our habits and comfort zone, and to try shots that we were not used to. We discovered a focal length more versatile than we imagined, which challenged our perceptions. The quality of this lens, its velocity, helped us to grasp the novelty. It is finally an easy-to-use lens, which works along with its photographer. Thus the work of Margot (florist and decorator), Sandy (make-up artist and hairdresser), and the Clos Mirabel Estate were highlighted to offer unforgettable memories to our bride and groom Johanna & Thomas. This late afternoon in front of the Pyrenees was a soft, elegant and above all very pleasant moment.
