Regarding SIGMA fp phenomenon when video recording

Thank you for purchasing and using our products.

The SIGMA fp which will be released on 25th October 2019, we would like to report in advance that we have found a phenomenon whereby when recording video under the following settings.

【Phenomenon 1】
When recording video using SSD, regardless of the recording bit and frame rate part of the first and second frames of playback will be enlarged as well as the thumbnail images when the recording format is set to Cinema DNG and the resolution is set to UHD.

Note:
There is no Phenomenon effect on recording to SD card or still shooting and video recording under other settings.

【Phenomenon 2】
When shooting in the Cinema DNG format, depending on the ISO sensitivity the level of the dark area changes for each frame.

【Corresponding】
We are developing firmware that corrects this phenomenon and will notify customers soon as it is completed.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused to customers who plan to use the above settings until the release of the new firmware.
